Next Marvel’s Avengers hero to add will be ‘new’, ‘lots of heroes to add’

In case you didn’t know, Crystal Dynamics just released a new character in Marvel’s Avengers starring The Mighty Thor Jane Foster last week. If you’re a little bummed that Jane Foster is very similar to Thor, and Kate Bishop looks a lot like Hawkeye, then you’ll know the next Marvel’s Avengers hero to be added will be “new” according to Crystal Dynamics!

On Twitter, Marvel’s Avengers Design Lead Brian Wagoner responded to a fan who said he would like players to have a new character style added, to which Wagoner replied, “the next hero is new ” with a smiling emoji.

As if that weren’t enough, Wagoner also announced that he’s excited for the future and that there are “lots of heroes to add” to Marvel’s Avengers world, and that there are also more. stories to tell!

This is very heartening news for Marvel’s Avengers players, as it confirms that a new hero is in the cards. Crystal Dynamics has already announced the arrival of a new OLT (Omega Level Threat), which is connected to the Cloning Lab, so players have new endgame content and new heroes to look forward to officially now.

While Crystal Dynamics has already confirmed that we’ll see new content beyond The Mighty Thor, fans can also expect (smaller) title updates to be released before the next big patch.

These patches will likely focus on bug fixes and other quality of life improvements rather than adding new content, but it’s good to hear they’re planned.

Although we will receive new content in the future, don’t expect the rollout to be as quick as Title Update 2.4 to 2.5 (The Mighty Thor).

While we don’t know which character will be coming to the game, a report surfaced last year that mentioned She-Hulk was about to make her way into the game.

If you’re a fan of Marvel’s Avengers, it looks like there’s a lot more new coming soon. Once we know more, MP1st will report on new content, leaks, and fixes. Be sure to bookmark our Marvel’s Avengers game hub to see the latest news as it happens.
