Saints Row Reboot’s Wild Character Creator Lets You Create Anything

The new, rebooted Saints Row kicks off character creation at 11. Developer Volition has revealed a new look at player character customization Bosses and the cars (and street-legal pirate ships) they’ll control in the upcoming game on Wednesday, and it’s is a lot. Volition takes everything about customization to new extremes, with wild and wacky skin textures, asymmetrical face shapes and cosmetics, a range of prosthetics, and much more.

Whether your goal is to create a galaxy-skinned cowboy in short shorts, a candy-toothed vampire, a body oil drenched daddy or a store brand Shrek – or even a digital recreation of your true self of the world — the Saints Row the character creation tools seem to be up to the task. Volition showcases a variety of hair styles and colors, body shapes, age settings, and genital obscuring emoji in the trailer above, which is packed with options for Griffin and Justin to use. in Monster Factory.

This same level of deep customization also extends to vehicles and weapons, so whether you want your boss to have foam guns or a El Mariachiguitar-case style rocket launcher, go for it. Cars, helicopters, jets, golf carts and anything else you can drive will have the same customizable flair at the body shop known as Jim Rob’s. Your Saints HQ is also scalable and customizable.
