Like last week, we’re back to chat a bit about the week that was in video games. We still don’t have this setup as a “clean” podcast, but a podcast is what it basically is. Expect a full podcast launch in the near future, where hopefully the show will have a real name, along with some musical jingles and stuff to make you think we’re a professional outlet and not a band. of people in casual clothes streaming from the rooms.
But, it’s not this podcast. It’s myself, Alex, Sherif and Dorrani talking about what we’ve played and some hot topics right now in the games industry.
Hear once again Chivalry 2, which Sherif had a blast with, and an impromptu preview of almost every video game movie ever made – what’s better than Sonic the Hedgehog and Detective Pikachu? There’s also a nostalgic look at the online shooters we all played, with some of us having to expand much further into the past than others – not to name names. And we try to wrap up with a thought about what Kojima’s Xbox exclusive game will be like, and we only go slightly off topic.
I’m not going to spoil it, but Alex also brings up a “classic” game from his childhood, which is not about the famous TV alien, Alf. He is also shocked at how difficult golf is in real life.
We’re experimenting a bit with the format, but what do you think? Would you like this in audio form every week? Do you have any suggestions for the name of the podcast? Let us know in the comments.
